Refund policy
At TrueTarnish, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience. If something isn't right, we’re here to help.
✅ Return Eligibility
- Request a return within 15 days of delivery.
- Item must be unused, unaltered.
- All tags and packaging must be intact.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation/email/invoice) is required.
- proof of product damage is required in photo or video.
🔁 Exchange Policy
- One-time size exchange is allowed.
- Subject to stock availability.
- Exchange delivery will be done within 5 business days .
You may also exchange for another item of equal or higher value by paying the difference.
🛠 How to Request a Return
- Email us at truetarnishjewellery@gmail.com or
- Send us a message on WhatsApp at +91 93098 25025 within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your Order ID, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
- We will arrange a reverse pickup.
Note: Reverse pickups are limited to select pin codes. Self-shipping cost is borne by the customer.
Refunds
- Processed within 7–10 business days after quality check.
All the refund will be credited to your account within 5 business days. - Refunds go to the original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, etc.).
- COD orders refunded via bank transfer or UPI – we’ll request details.
Non-refundable Charges:
- Original shipping fee (if applicable)
- COD service fee (₹50)
- Return pickup fee (₹100) – waived for defective/wrong items
Note: If returned item fails inspection, no refund will be issued, and product will be returned to the customer.
