Refund policy

At TrueTarnish, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience. If something isn't right, we’re here to help.

✅ Return Eligibility

  • Request a return within 15 days of delivery.
  • Item must be unused, unaltered.
  • All tags and packaging must be intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation/email/invoice) is required.
  • proof of product damage is required in photo or video.

🔁 Exchange Policy

  • One-time size exchange is allowed.
  • Subject to stock availability.
  • Exchange delivery will be done within 5 business days .

You may also exchange for another item of equal or higher value by paying the difference.

🛠 How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at truetarnishjewellery@gmail.com or
  2. Send us a message on WhatsApp at +91 93098 25025 within 7 days of delivery.
  3. Include your Order ID, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
  4. We will arrange a reverse pickup.

Note: Reverse pickups are limited to select pin codes. Self-shipping cost is borne by the customer.

 Refunds

  • Processed within 7–10 business days after quality check.
    All the refund will be credited to your account within 5 business days.
  • Refunds go to the original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, etc.).
  • COD orders refunded via bank transfer or UPI – we’ll request details.

Non-refundable Charges:

  • Original shipping fee (if applicable)
  • COD service fee (₹50)
  • Return pickup fee (₹100) – waived for defective/wrong items

Note: If returned item fails inspection, no refund will be issued, and product will be returned to the customer.
